Modern Nogi Jiu-Jitsu represents the latest evolution of the martial art and sport. It differs from "old school" Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in that it isn't afraid to adapt. Instead, it prioritises the most effective concepts, strategies, and techniques. Modern Nogi Jiu Jitsu has been proven in top level competition and can be considered the "cutting edge" of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.Â
